1821 Calaveras Studio & Gallery

We are so excited to be apart of ART HOP at 1821 Calaveras.  We were there for the Grand Opening 4 weeks ago and we are ready to celebrate some more. Cheers and congrats and your new studio space Bruce!

Come by and enjoy some great Wood Fired Pizza.  It’s that time again and we will be at the awesome Clovis Farmer’s Market in Old town Clovis every Friday beginning May 11th, 2012.  We plan on making more delicious pizzas with a culinary spin like the pistachio pesto that was such a hit during the pistachio push!  Look out for our EVOO, sea salt/black pepper, sauteed leeks, roasted asparagus, goat cheese & smoked bacon. YUM!!!  Roasted peaches and sausage pizza!  Every week will be delicious.

We’ll always have a few classics too.

Engelmann is hosting a great Sunday afternoon on April 29.  They also added food.  We will be bringing our mobile wood fire pizza oven and selling  amazing gourmet pizza to all our music and wine loving friends.

This is going to be a great chance to come out and watch some of our favorite local singer songwriters perform in an acoustic setting at Engelmann Cellars. Each performer will sing about 4 songs and talk about what inspired them to write their songs. Come out and see what it took these four talented musicians to come up with their original songs.

Thought we needed a day of tasting wine instead of making pizzas.  Much deserved!  Thanks to you all!  We also want to thank CRU, Birdstone, & our all our special friends at Quady

…you made the day special for all of us. It was a blend of friends, family, wine and food…who knows where friends began and family ended. You are all family!

Cru Wine Company Release Event!

MARCH 10TH 2PM TILL 5PM

They were releasing a new label Mariposa and  the highly anticipated Sangiovese.  Thankyou Cru!

Las Flores celebrated there 2 year anniversary last weekend.

We were happy to be apart of the celebration.  It was beautiful and the mountains were so close.  That’s life! Making pizzas and making people happy.

Here we are at out first event. Mugnaini was kind enough to loan an oven until mine is here this month.
